The Rutgers Black Professionals Network was created to help students achieve pre-professional opportunities and build an interdisciplinary community. We will advocate for professionalism, enable networking opportunities, and assist students in reaching their academic and personal goals. Through professional and leadership development workshops, student-professional mentorship, mixers, and engagement with alums, mentors, professors, and working professionals, we guide students on their distinct career paths. We foster a culture of excellence and highly motivated students who will succeed academically and professionally.
