Are you ready to Work the RU-Nway?
The Office of Career Resources and Exploration is hosting a model casting call for our upcoming Work the RU-Nway Fashion Show, where Rutgers University–Newark students will showcase professional and career-ready looks styled from CareerThreads, our campus career closet.

We’re looking for confident, expressive students of all majors, identities, and body types to model a range of professional outfits that reflect the power of authenticity and style in the workplace. No prior modeling experience is required—just bring your personality, confidence, and willingness to learn!

What to Expect:
- Each participant will have the opportunity to walk, pose, and introduce themselves.
- Selected models will be invited to participate in the Work the RU-Nway Fashion Show.
- Fittings and rehearsals will be scheduled leading up to the event.

- Professionalism and reliability
- Enthusiasm and positive energy
- Representation across diverse styles, backgrounds, and body types

Work the RU-Nway Fashion show will take place on December 3, 2025 from 6 PM - 8 PM in RBG Hall.
