About Us

🌍 The goal of the Rutgers-Newark History Club is to facilitate an intellectually stimulating and socially comfortable place for members to share vital resources for information and to postulate on history as a mirror of the past as well as a window into the future. 📝 The club offers academic services, including access to the History Department’s faculty and staff and connecting with former alumni and pre-professional programs. This allows members of the Rutgers-Newark History Club to explore and refine future career paths and opportunities for the future. 👥 Members interested in History can also participate in our events, including trivia, guest lectures, community outreach programs, and other history-based events. 📢 We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where all are welcome, and none are judged by their sex, gender, religion, or overall identity.
