In-Person Work Session (Registration Required)

In any situation – personal and professional, your ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness becomes just as important as your academic expertise. This workshop helps people build the self‑awareness needed to navigate complex conversations, collaborate effectively, and lead with emotional intelligence in all environments.
Through interactive activities, reflection exercises, and real‑world scenarios, participants will learn how to:
• Identify their personal communication patterns
• Understand how emotions shape decision‑making and interpersonal dynamics
• Practice tools for regulating stress responses during challenging conversations
• Understanding Good conflict vs. High Conflict
• Strengthen empathy and perspective‑taking to improve collaboration
• Communicate with greater intention, clarity, and authenticity

Participants will leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately—in personal, and
professional relationships—to show up as more grounded, self‑aware communicators. This
workshop is designed to be engaging, accessible, and relevant to real-world scenarios, and to develop leadership skills.
